What we promise, and what we don’t.

We do

  • Export every record, attachment and audit entry in open formats, whenever you ask.
  • Keep an audit trail no one can edit: who did what, when, from where.
  • Isolate every tenant and enforce access on every request.

We don’t

  • Hold your data hostage. PostgreSQL underneath, standard APIs on top.
  • Claim certifications we don’t have. SOC 2 aligned; formal audit planned after launch.
  • Publish numbers we haven’t measured.

GDPR and DPDP aware: export, deletion and consent are built in.

Who is AmanERP for?

Companies of 10–500 people: manufacturers, chartered accountants managing several clients, and businesses running more than one branch.

Why are there no prices yet?

AmanERP is in founding access before general availability. We explain how pricing is structured now and set the final numbers at launch, rather than commit to a price we’d later change.

Can we bring data from our current system?

Yes. During the founding period our team works with you directly to import your existing data. Automated migration tools are being built for general availability.

Which languages and countries?

English, Hindi and French interfaces. AmanERP launches in India and France; other countries on this page are planned, not live.

Can we take all our data with us?

Every record, attachment and audit entry exports in open formats such as CSV, JSON and PDF, at any time. No lock-in.

What happens after we apply?

We review every application personally and reply within 48 hours. If it’s a good fit, we schedule a call and set up onboarding together.
