IVenice, 1494

अमन (Aman) means peace. In a business, peace is a book where every figure agrees with every other.

Luca Pacioli printed the rules of double entry in Venice in 1494, and India’s bahi-khata tradition is older still: every amount is written twice, so the book can check itself. Growing companies lose that check when sales, stock and the ledger live in three tools. AmanERP puts them back in one book, with one codebase, one data model and one design language.

IIICapsule OS

Open any page. Pick up where you left off.

Capsule OS is the working surface of AmanERP, designed so nobody needs training. The test we hold every screen to: “Of course, this is how I expected it to work.”

  1. Every task gets its own workspace that remembers where you left off. Vendor onboarding waits on step 4 while you take a call.

    In beta
  2. One search across every module: invoices, contacts, inventory and employees.

    In beta
  3. While you process payroll or a tax filing, non-essential notifications and navigation are held back.

    In beta
  4. Budget anomalies, approvals and stock alerts arrive with full context, and only when they matter.

    In beta
  5. People only see the doors they can open: the warehouse manager in Mumbai sees Mumbai inventory; the CFO sees everything.

    In beta
Illustration of the AmanERP workspace: a capsule list, the Compass search bar, a sterile cockpit banner, a stack of held interrupts, and a panel showing which roles see which records.

IVTwo books

Rupees and euros, GST and TVA, kept in the same book.

AmanERP launches in India and France, with English, Hindi and French interfaces. Everywhere else is planned, and we label it that way.

  1. India. E-invoicing is mandatory for businesses above 5 crore aggregate annual turnover.

    In force
  2. France. Every company must be able to receive e-invoices through an accredited platform.

    In force
  3. Today. AmanERP is accepting its first fifty founding members.

    Now
  4. France. Small and medium companies must also issue e-invoices through an accredited platform.

VAudit & trust

Nothing is erased. Mistakes are reversed, in ink.

Good books never use an eraser. AmanERP keeps an immutable audit trail: who changed what, and when.

We do

  • Export every record, attachment and audit entry in open formats (CSV, JSON, PDF), whenever you ask.
  • Isolate each tenant, and log every cross-organisation action, time-bounded and revocable.
  • Say “not measured yet” when we haven’t measured something.

We don’t

  • Hold your data hostage. It is PostgreSQL underneath, with standard APIs on top.
  • Claim what we can’t demonstrate.
  • Show customer logos, testimonials or metrics we haven’t earned.

NotesQuestions

Questions, answered plainly.

What is AmanERP?

One cloud system for finance, inventory, procurement, CRM and approvals, with HR, payroll and more planned, for companies of 10–500 people. Every module writes to the same book, so the numbers in sales, stock and accounts always agree.

Who is it built for?

Manufacturers, chartered accountants who manage several clients, and multi-branch businesses. CAs can switch between client organisations without sharing passwords, and every cross-organisation action is logged.

How does founding access work?

Fifty companies join before general availability, shape the product with us. The founding rate is intended to be up to 90% below the future list price and stays frozen while you subscribe. No card is needed to apply.

Does it handle GST e-invoicing and the French reform?

India: IRN and QR e-invoicing, e-way bills and multi-GSTIN branches are in beta; TDS is planned. France: receiving e-invoices, Factur-X and FEC export are in beta; issuing through an accredited platform, required of SMEs from 1 September 2027, is planned. Status labels on this page are concept copy.

Can I take all my data with me?

Yes. Every record, attachment and audit-log entry can be exported in CSV, JSON or PDF at any time. There is no lock-in.
